A Performance by Dane

I have been teaching the children to play the piano.  We've been pretty consistent, but it's  a challenge at times.  It is fun to see each of the different personalities of the children as they learn.  Here's a little bit of Dane playing.  He is so logical about things.  He wants to know why something is a certain way and once he understands, he doesn't forget.  He gets nervous sometimes when I give him a lesson.  He's so cute!  I ask him why he is nervous and he says it's because he wants to play the song well so he can move on to the next one!  Enjoy!

That is awesome! I want Trent to learn to play the piano but haven't found a teacher yet. Gwen's babysitter plays piano but she won't teach kids as young as Trent.

Tonnia, start with just a five minute lesson, and go from there, that's what I do!

Just a book I found at the Thrift Shop! But now that they are progressing, I actually should go and get something more at the music store. I still have my old Finger Power books. Can't find some of the lesson books I had.

Can you move back and teach my boys! No, seriously. I have tried to sit them down, and all i get is the shaft! Deron is no help. It's all just a little too girly for him. Dane is excellent! Way to go bud!!

Seth is such a stud! Look at the legs on that guy. He is going to be riding the two wheeler just like Karsten in NO TIME!

Seriously, he is awesome! I love that your boys are learning to play the piano. I wish I had the desire to learn myself. Maybe after graduation! :)
